The team profile is built from the individual profiles of each team member by consolidating the individual profile data into a team profile. This process is a set of building blocks that first begins with an individuals historical overview and then incorporates personal assessment reports of each team member that include Behavioral Style, Attitude and Values and Personal Talent Skills Inventory.
A Team Development workshop is scheduled to bring all the team members together. There is a short homework assignment that takes place before the workshop. SBL Co's facilitation process is very professional and is designed to create a safe working environment for the team in order to build levels of TRUST and put in place other tools essential for a successful high performance team.
From this approach the team starts an exciting process of obtaining a better understanding of each member's contribution, capabilities, strengths, uniqueness and collaborative qualities.
