Executive Coaching

Executive Coach - Executive Coaching is not an end unto itself or the Silver Bullet for all that is ailing you or your organization. Executive Coaching is effective for executives who can say, "I want to get over there, or something is happening but I'm not sure how to fix it or correct it". And who humbly admit, "I've tried it on my own but I'm not getting the results or desired outcomes".

We have been very successful in helping clients through the coaching process who are honest with themselves and admit they can use some help personally or see that others in their organization can use some unbiased help.

Coaching engagements should be part of a larger initiative. Coaching works extremely well within a systematic and consistent relationship with a clear specific set of goals. It is framed best in an environment where there is Trust, Confidentiality and Accountability between the coach and the client.

Many of our organizations use coaching as an integrated part of a larger leadership-development program where the firm incorporates a "360-degree" feedback, using the results to indicate areas in which an executive might benefit by working with a coach.

Has your feedback revealed an area in which you'd like to improve? Is it a skill you need to refine to personally move to another level or move the organization to another level? Would you benefit from an outside perspective? The answers to these questions help gauge the potential value of your coaching relationship success.

Coaching works well whether you are in a hurry because you know what you want to get done and you want to move it at a faster pace due to current internal or external conditions or when you need to cautiously process and explore to determine your next steps. Perhaps, in spite of your outstanding track record, background and professional seasoning you may not have the full interpersonal dexterity required in the current situation or are not sure how to move yourself or your company to the next level.
